A charming renovated traditional Greek “spitaki”, in a very quiet environment, ideal for a family or two couples to rent on the stunning Hydra island. Close to 2 grocery stores and an easy 10 minute walk from Hydra and to the lovely port of Kamini. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and the other with twin beds. There is an adjoining bathroom in between, accessible from either one. Up a few steps is the kitchen, all fitted with necessary equipment for enjoying cooking for those evenings eating in. Across the way, another set of steps lead up to the main living room: a large spacious attic room with lovely wooden beamed ceilings. To one end are comfortable chairs and sofa to relax. To the other end, the floor is slightly raised with another lovely sitting area full with cushions and mattresses - great for kids and even taking a siesta! Outside there is a walled courtyard where you can soak up the sun on long chairs during the day and a table for dining at in the evening. Air-conditioning throughout + cable TV. A 20% deposit is needed to secure he booking and the balance due 1 month prior to arrival. You will be met at the port and taken to the house.
