It is an ideal holiday retreat for those seeking simplicity, privacy & quiet - and not wanting a long or steep walk from the Port. The accommodation is well laid-out over three levels and provides lots of privacy for occupants. The living room, dining room & kitchen are all on the garden level (ground floor) and the bedrooms are all upstairs. There are two shower rooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom), both re-fitted in 2010. The cottage is built on a steep hillside and the outside areas are one of its best features. Off the sitting room is a secluded & shaded walled garden with old olive & pomegranate trees and a large palm. A covered dining area provides shade for al-fresco dining. There is an outdoor shower and through a gate and up a flight of steps is a small salt-water swimming pool with submerged seating area. Off the master bedroom on the top (2nd) floor, is a large roof terrace with lovely far-reaching views over the town to the mountains in the distance. This is sun-drenched for most of the day and has two loungers for sun-worshipers, plus a shaded seating area. Note: the garden is currently being re-designed and the photos were taken prior to work starting.
