Steps lead up to a large terrace and to the first floor with a good sized living room. A series of patio doors provides a wall of windows on the terrace side of the living room, giving lots of light. These doors can be opened in the summer to combine the interior and exterior spaces. A modern style kitchen adjoins the living room on one side, and there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the other side. In the bedroom a mezzanine floor offers a further sleeping space, accessed with a ladder. The ground floor is completely seperate from the first floor, making it ideal for two families sharing - you can share the house but have some privacy at the same time. The layout of this house makes it a versatile holiday home, and it can be used by groups of varying sizes and compositions to good effect. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a large room with three sets of bunk beds. For families with children this is ideal as the children can share and the parents can have their own room. An outside shower has been installed to deal with sandy feet returning from the beach. The terrace has a large sun awning to provide shade.
